Thoughts become patterns.
Patterns become habits.
Habits become destinations.
Examine the thought.
THE WATERS OF THE HEART
The heart influences desire.
Desire influences pursuit.
Pursuit influences behavior.
The waters reveal what lives beneath the surface.
Choose which well you draw from.
THE NERVOUS SYSTEM WITHIN
The nervous system influences response.
Signals travel continuously.
The vessel is always communicating within itself.
